The Additive Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC) is a Centre of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing Technology & Design Innovations jointly set-up by EDB and NYP and located at NYP. AMIC aims to drive a broader industry AM adoption and develop deep skills in AM design & process innovation and also to fulfil the training needs of the NYP’s PET and CET programmes. It’s capabilities in additive manufacturing / 3D printing / direct digital manufacturing and innovative product development focus in the areas of Design for Additive Manufacturing (DFAM), AM Process Optimisation and Innovation.
