DPP Technologies Introduces Pellet Extrusion Printhead 3D Printer

(DPP)DPP Technologies has introduced the first commercially available available pellet extrusion printhead for 3D printing. The 3D printer has on-board Windows 10, Quad core computer with MACH3 operating system, pre-installed with wifi, bluetooth and ethernet connections. Users can fully integrate it into the network system to transfer files and operate it from any other networked location.
The DPP 3D printer is capable of printing pelletized plastics and polymers that are created for Direct Pellet Extrusion (DPE), including but not limited to PEI, ULTEM 1010, PLA (Polylactic Acid), ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), Nylon, Ninja Flex, PVA (Polyvinyl Alcohol) and HIPS (High Impact Polystyrene). The printer has the ability to print at up to 1 pound per hour using DPP Premium Blend ABS/CF Pellets.
